We use AI across our platforms as a support tool — not as a replacement for human creativity, knowledge, or responsibility. AI assists us in the following ways:

• News articles may be outlined, drafted, or refined using AI tools to save time and maintain clarity — but are always written with human-provided source material and reviewed by a human editor before publication.

• Guides and tutorials receive significant human interaction, with AI used to help balance paragraphs, maintain tone, ensure clarity, and correct grammar — all under human supervision.

• Coding and technical tools benefit from AI-assisted scripting and formatting, but the code is always reviewed, tested, and maintained by our team.

📣 Social Media

We use AI heavily to manage our social media presence:

• AI assists with generating meta information, summarizing posts, and formatting messages for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Due to the size of our team, some social media posts may be entirely composed by AI, particularly outside major announcements or events.

• All official site and community communications are still reviewed by human moderators.

🔐 Your Data & Site Privacy

We do not run AI models directly on our sites.
AI services are only used behind the scenes by our team in content development and are not installed on our servers or embedded into our website code.

• No user data, private messages, or browsing activity from our websites is shared with or processed by AI systems.

• AI tools used by our staff do not have access to your personal information or community posts.

• While we do our best to protect site data from being scraped by third-party systems, we cannot guarantee or control the behavior of large tech platforms or external crawlers. We do not consent to unauthorized data harvesting, nor do we have any agreements permitting the use of our content for AI training.

🤝 Human in the Loop

AI helps us scale our operations — but it does not run the Uncrowned Empire. Every piece of content we publish is either created or reviewed by a human.
We use AI to support our creators, enhance consistency, and streamline production, never to replace the people behind the words.
