This agreement is a legal contract between you and Uncrowned Empire, LLC, located at PO Box 1080, Berwick, Pennsylvania 18603. It supersedes all previous agreements.

The Site is operated by Uncrowned Empire, LLC. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Uncrowned Empire. By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, contributors, customers, and vendors. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any modifications.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Uncrowned Empire a license to use, display, and promote public-facing content you submit. This license ends when your membership ends.

We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any impact such changes may cause.

Termination includes account deletion and denial of future access.

Our services, software, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Uncrowned Empire. Additional service terms may apply.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any and all claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from or related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Common Pleas of Columbia County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as applicable. You and Uncrowned Empire, LLC agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER & SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later. If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
SECTION 20 – ACCOUNT NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Accounts are non-transferable and terminate upon death. Contents may be deleted upon notification.
SECTION 21 – STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Claims arising from use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year of the incident or are permanently barred.
